I am honoured to be one of the contributing authors in Reiki Lights: Collected Stories of Transformation — a collaborative book featuring personal stories and reflections from Reiki practitioners around the world. This book brings together authentic experiences of transformation, growth and connection through Reiki, shared from diverse voices and personal paths.

 

What began as simply contributing a chapter gradually became a deeper reflection of my own Reiki journey, healing and self-discovery. I am deeply grateful to my Reiki teacher, Elaine Hamilton Grundy, for bringing this meaningful project together.
